- Payment Processor: We use Stripe for processing payments. Your transactions are subject to Stripe’s policies.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a contract.
- The information provided is accurate.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Institutes registering on behalf of students must ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
- To access services, you must create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activities under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.
4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
IELTSLMS.com offers:
- IELTS test series with Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Performance tracking and analytics for students.
- Customization options for coaching institutes.
We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
- Pricing is displayed on the website and may change at any time.
- Payment is processed via Stripe and requires valid payment details.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method as per your selected plan.
Auto-Renewal & Subscription Cancellation
- Some plans may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.
- Cancellation must be done via your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A. Cancellation by User
- Students: You may cancel a test series subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Institutes: If subscribed to a custom plan, cancellation terms are subject to contract agreement.
B. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If a user faces an unresolved technical issue that prevents access to the purchased test series.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service.
- Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment due to a system error.
No Refunds for:
- Partially used test series.
- User dissatisfaction if tests have been accessed.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
To request a refund, contact support@ieltslms.com with payment proof. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for unlawful activities.
- Share, copy, or distribute test content without permission.
- Disrupt service or attempt unauthorized access.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All test series, content, trademarks, and software are owned by IELTSLMS.com. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our material is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IELTSLMS.com is not liable for:
- Service disruptions beyond our control.
- Loss of data or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
- Errors in scoring or interpretation of test results.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. No refunds are provided if termination is due to user misconduct.
